About Us

Formerly known as NuCarbs, we started out with an idea to create delicious and flavourful low-carb meal plan subscriptions for individuals actively seeking such a lifestyle or dietary preference. But with a vision to spread the same enjoyment to broader communities in Singapore, for everyone to enjoy this lifestyle across any occasion; NuCarbs have evolved to Kelo Food this year(2023) with a 60-seater Kelo Cafe + Gastrobar to experience unconventionally creative culinary ways which we transform carb-dense dishes into something one can enjoy carefree.

This is only achieved through extensive research and experimentation by the team where the preparation process, right down to the use of ingredients, is continuously fine-tuned. Kelo’s food is not only 100% preservatives free, sugar-free and MSG free, but also 100% original. The resulting menu is a culinary riot of flavours with its roots in contemporary Asian cuisine and one can expect to enjoy Asian fusion mains by day and tapas and skewers by night. Tried NuCarbs 10 days Meal Plan and it's nothing but amazing! Their food are unbelievable yummy with different dishes everyday. One of my favourite will definitely be their Chicken Khao Soo Thai Coconut Curry!If you're looking for food meal plan subscription, I would highly recommend Nucarbs to anyone.

One of the best if not best kept Keto meal plans we’ve had in a long while. We absolutely loved the keto laksa, noodles with Assam coconut broth and the pork belly Kim chi fried rice!Just a heads up we also had their low carb dishes, pretty much the same dope quality. Overall, a must for those embarking on healthy journeys! Kudos!

I have ordered from them multiple times. Their food is really good and many times I became worried simply because “how can this be keto? It’s so amazingly good!” I’ve reached out to the team a few times and their honest answers to my questions convinced me that the goodness comes from careful portioning and of course great effort and heart. I really love food and cooking myself so I think I can shamelessly say I can tell if the chef put in enough heart to make it taste good. Team Nucarbs did a great job and execute each dish to its best. Well, my limited vocabulary and command of the language can only bring across this much. Try it for yourself! You will be blown away.

Tried out their low-carb delivery meal plans for about two months and I have to say I'm really impressed! Went with the 7 meal option every week and I was surprised to find that none of the meals were repeats at all. I love how all the meals were delicious and healthy, and didn't leave me feeling hungry throughout the day like how other low-carb meals do.Customer service is amazing as well! They were constantly checking in to make sure the food was okay, and were really accommodating to your needs, as they made the effort to tweak anything that I made feedback on. I highly recommend Nucarbs to anyone who is looking for a good meal plan subscription :)
